Not everyone can access a clinic easily—and sometimes the most useful rehabilitation happens in the environment you live in every day. Equip provides mobile neurological and disability physiotherapy across the Gold Coast.
We can assess and practise movement in your home and community, including transfers, stairs, walking, equipment use and community access. Your goals guide where therapy takes place.
We collaborate with families, carers, support workers and other health professionals. Where appropriate, home visits can be combined with gym or clinic rehabilitation.
Tell us your suburb, the activities you want help with, your funding arrangements and any access or support needs. We will discuss whether a home visit is suitable and confirm availability before arranging an appointment.
Your assessment can focus on movement in the spaces you use every day. Where appropriate, a family member, carer or support worker can be involved so they understand how to support practice between visits.
