ABOUT US
STEPHEN ADDISON
Stephen Addison is the founder and director of Equip Rehabilitation, with over 15 years of experience working in neurological rehabilitation, disability, and complex care.
After completing his studies at Griffith University, Stephen worked in neurological rehabilitation roles at Gold Coast University Hospital and Rockhampton Base Hospital before founding Equip Rehabilitation in 2019.
His belief is simple: rehabilitation should be about more than just getting someone “safe” at home. It should help people rebuild confidence, reconnect with identity, and get back to living meaningful lives.
Today, Stephen leads a team focused on real-world rehabilitation for people living with neurological and complex physical conditions across the Gold Coast.
